There is nothing more exciting than summer in Chicago. Why? Because summer in Chicago is a welcomed time of year after what seems like, 8 months of winter. It gets hot outside, people are darn near naked and nothing is better than than getting out on Lake Michigan for the fantastic views of the Chicago skyline. My city, like most cities, has its issues, but nothing beats summer in Chicago. Outdoor eating, neighborhood festivals, Taste of Chicago, picnics in the park and backyard bar-b-ques....YASSSSS!Don't let the media tell you about anything that you have not experienced for yourself. We are more than the violence they show on the boob tube. We are your friends, family and your neighbors who love to dance, eat and shop all over this great city. Come and experience for yourself, all that this great city has to offer and bring a friend because you're gonna need a witness to your new found love....Chicago! Ok now, you only have about 4 more weeks before summer in Chicago is over so you better get movin'.....I'll see you when you get here!
